| Ron Adams |
|
With regret Members are advised of the Death of Ron Adams on Friday 5th June, 2009.
Ron joined MHYC in 1969 and was a Member for 40 years. He was the owner of the yacht “Quest” and was a regular entrant in races with Tig Thomas.
MHYC has extended its sympathies to the Adams Family.
The funeral will be held on Friday 12th June, 2009, at 3.00pm, at the Magnolia Chapel, Macquarie Park, North Ryde and followed by refreshments in the function room. |

YNSW are in the process of organising training for Special Regulations Equipment Auditors for the coming period starting July 1st. MHYC encourages all Members to take part in this Course (3hrs) for their own understanding and knowledge of the Yachting Australia Special Regulations. | |

Our next Sailing-Racing and Cruising Clinic will be on Protests Hearings. Guest Speaker from Yachting NSW.
The monthly Kid's Disco and Karaoke is on 26th June, 2009, from 6.00pm - 8.00pm in the Quarterdeck Room.
Join the Cruising Division for their Christmas in July dinner at the club - which includes a murder mystery! 
Invitations have been sent out for our annual Seniors Lunch to be held on Sunday 19th July, 2009, for all those long term members that have had 20 years or more of continuous adult membership.
All racing Members should have a New 2009 – 2012 Racing Rules of Sailing Book onboard their yachts to be compliant to compete in MHYC events.
